My name is Renée Dubuc! I recently graduated summa cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a BA in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. I am actively seeking a career in the graphic design or UI/UX industries.
Most recently, I was a Marketing & Communication Coordinator for SNHU School of Business, and a freelance graphic designer for the University Honors Program. From June to December 2019, I was a Graphic Support Services Intern for Graphic Packaging International. I was introduced to the vast world of paperboard carton printing, giving me notch in my belt many young graphic designers today lack.
I received my AA in Liberal Arts from Nashua Community College in 2018, where I designed many pro bono flyers for campus clubs and events. Additionally, I was employed in a work study program for NCC’s Communications/PR Department, where I designed internal and external flyers and managed social media accounts.
Outside of the classroom, I loved getting involved on my campuses! I was the Public Relations Officer and acting Vice President for SNHU’s Media & Design Club, a layout editor for the student newspaper, Penmen Press, and an actor, singer, and improv comedian for Drama Club. At NCC, I planned an overnight field trip for 10 to Boston Pride, hosted a fundraiser for a local charity that provides free after school music education programs, among other activities. As you can tell, I enjoy giving back to my communities. I also enjoy playing card games with my friends, exploring new cuisines, and singing in my free time.
